INFORMATION


ELEVATORS: One Turnbull elevator servicing floors 1 to 5.

LAUNDRY: Three washers @ $2.00 per cycle and 3 dryers @ $2.00 per cycle.

HEATING: All units have electrical heating with individual thermostat setting per room for maximum comfort.

ELECTRICAL: Incandescent lighting in the corridors and apartments. All tenants pay for their own heating and electrical consumption.

DOMESTIC HOT WATER: All units are equiped with their own 60 gal. electric water tank providing ample hot water.

FIRE SAFETY: Alarm system with zone indicators, two fireboxes per floor, two fire extinguishers per floor, smoke and heat detectors in each apartment, laundry room and corridors.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Installed in strategic locations inside and outside the building and connected to computers outside the premises providing vital images to prevent crime, vandalism and malicious acts.
